Balancing the needs of your work schedule, and your desire to find someone who will care for your child(ren) in a manner that is aligned with your values & priorities is a LOT. We take the search process off your to do list and help you find the ideal candidate with our custom nanny placement process.
We include you in every step of your personalized search, and it is up to you as to how much you wish to participate. We pride ourselves on making this search process as seamless and enjoyable as it can possibly be.
Our simple 3 step process to find your perfect nanny:
We begin with a 30 min. introductory call for us to meet each other, followed by a customized questionnaire.
Once submitted, we meet again either virtually or in-person over coffee and pastries for a one hour meeting. If we’re meeting virtually, we send pastries to your front door. How's that for a cozy and comfortable meeting?!
During the next phase we make a customized profile for your intended nanny, and the search begins!
